Who

GridFlow is made by Aeocraft LLC, the company behind qol.one. Questions go to support@qol.one.

What you get

You describe an app; GridFlow plans it, writes the files and runs them in a sandbox in your browser. The files are yours. Download them any time, use them for anything, no attribution required.

Sessions

• One adapter session is one model turn in Build or Plan mode. A question answered on the Quick model is a quarter session.
• Every account starts with 5 free sessions. No card.
• Paid plans include a monthly allowance that resets each calendar month. Unused sessions do not carry over.
• Founding seats bill sessions at half rate for as long as the subscription stays active.
• A session is consumed when the model answers. If the model never answers, the session is refunded automatically.

Billing and refunds

• Subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or every three months, in advance. Cancel any time from Manage billing; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Sessions are consumed on use, so used sessions are not refundable. If something went wrong on our side, write to support@qol.one and we will put it right.

Fair use

Do not use GridFlow to build anything illegal, to attack other systems, or to harm people. One person per account. We may close an account that breaks this; if we do, we refund the unused part of the current period.

The honest limits

• The model can be wrong. Read what it builds before you ship it.
• The in-browser sandbox is reset on every page load; your files and conversation are saved, the running app is rebuilt.
• GridFlow is provided as is. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and we say so in the app.
