Privacy

Last updated 9 September 2026. Aeocraft LLC (qol.one) runs GridFlow. This is everything we hold.

What we collect

• Your email address and a password hash, held by Supabase, our sign-in provider. The same account works on QOL ThemeHub.
• The projects you save: file contents, your conversation with the builder, and a running cost figure. Stored under your account; only you can read them.
• Usage counts per turn: which model ran, token counts, the cost, and the sessions charged. This is how the meter and the bill are computed.
• A small communication profile (numbers and choices, no message text) so the builder can adapt how it talks to you. It lives in your browser.

Payments

Stripe handles cards. We never see card numbers. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription ids so we know which plan you are on.

The model

Your prompts and files are sent to the model provider (Anthropic) to produce the build. They are not used to train models. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies and storage

A sign-in token and your open project id in browser storage. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

Your rights

Delete a project from the projects menu. To delete your account and everything under it, email support@qol.one from the address on the account and it is done within a week.

Certifications

We do not claim any. Our providers publish their own: Supabase, Stripe and Anthropic.
